Please note that she does not come with the original Courage head. The body is the original Courage body and has the characteristic body pattern/markings associated with this particular doll, but she comes with a blank Smart Doll head instead.
The blank head has no face-up/makeup, no eyes, and no head cap.

Please note that this is the older Smart Doll body and not the Evolve body.
The body is in overall good pre-owned condition, but does have some light marks around the knees. The additional high heel feet also have a few small marks. These may be removable with careful cleaning, but I have not tried to remove them myself. The marks are quite subtle and were difficult to capture properly in photos.
 
No eyes or head cap are included.
